A lot of other people may have made lots of money, but they couldn’t even sell one tune anymore. I’ve had my times, I’ve had the greatest experiences in the world, worked with all my heroes, and I’m still able to do it. I can still go out and play to a young crowd for two hours, and have a really good vibe, and I can make records. That, for me, is proper.”
